Did you try the router reboot?  Wouldn't hurt to completely reboot your
entire network.
Unplug router, turn off PC, unplug Touch.  Now bring them back up in
that same order waiting for each device to fully boot up before
proceeding to the next (SBS running before plugging Touch back in).
SBS uses MySB.com in the background, but when your player is connected
to SBS your player is then not actually connected to MySB.com.
Essentially, SBS is connected to MySB.com and your player is connected
to SBS.
