I'm a bit confused. Are you trying to access music/radio at your friends house COMING FROM YOUR HOUSE? That is, are you connecting remotely over the internet back to your home? If so, you will have to open certain ports, etc.
Or, alternatively, are you just setting up SqueezeboxServer on a computer at your friend's house and then connecting your SB Touch to his server? If so, this should work just fine for internet radio or music (on his server). Do make sure that his SqueezeboxServer has your mysqueezebox.com credentials entered (SbS > SETTINGS > mysqueezebox.com tab). Or he is able to have his own mysb.com account.
