Yes, there is a bug (as there are so many) in the touch software. I have experienced the same problem : the touch did not recognize the last character of the password.
I contacted the Logitech helpdesk -> solution proposed : change your password. Ridiculous! Solution I found : use the "button method" if your wireless router has this functionality. That worked perfect without changing the password.
