I can't imagine you could hack the TVs to run SBS, but if you can pull
up a web browser on the tv you can point it to http://<SBS_ip>:9000/
(where you substitute the IP address of your server in place of
<SBS_ip>) and control it via the usual web ui. That is, if you running
SBS on a PC or NAS. If you are using the Touch's built-in server
(TinySBS) then you can't control it via the web ui.

At some point in the future the Logitech Revue, a set-top box for
internet (Google) tv may incorporate SBS. Or maybe one of the Revue's
offspring, if there ever are any.
