Word. I have a fairly complex (too complex) WiFi setup in my home. Most of the times it's rock solid. But some days, I spend hours trying to figure out why it's suddenly not working. And when I get it to work again, more often than not, I don't know what I did right (or if it had anything to do with my actions at all).
