No, at least not without serious hacking (if even possible at all).
Touch can only read certain storage formats (NTFS, FAT32, ext2, ext3)
and CD's are not in any of these formats.

You could do this if you ran the CD from your computer (separate drive
or directly on the computer's CD drive) running the full SBS server,
and used the WAV Input Plugin.
But that's quite an involved workaround just to listen to a CD, plus no
artist/album info or art.  
The whole point of the SqueezeBox players is to free yourself from
CD's, not play them.   ;)
