Hey Chris :)

I had thought about that, but the old Router wont work as my connection
has been upgraded to "Docsis 3" (whatever that is ;)) which wont talk to
the old router.

no going back baby!

*PROBLEM SOLVED*

I powered down everything then rebooted.
Noticed I had been updated to teh new Superhub firmware?
Did a factory reset on that.

Did a clean reinastall of squeezecentre and a factory reset on the
Touch.

Sorted - getting Network OK green light.

Have to say, not had many probs with the networking side of things, but
the answer is uually RESET RESET RESET :)
