Are you switching Touch between SBS on your computer and MySB.com online? MySB.com is currently 7.5.4 so any other SBS version other than 7.5.4 will prompt you to update/downgrade if switching between them.
Options: 1. Update SBS to 7.5.4 2. Don't switch servers 3.
