Calling or emailing Logitech support is a good idea. You may also want to consider the official Logitech forums (forums.logitech.com). This is a user forum so there's not really anything people here can do to resolve the problem. No promises that the official forum will solve your problem, but at least that's a much more likely route of getting your message to people who can do something about it.
