Yes, you should be able to stream internet radio directly, no computer needed. What exactly is the issue? What error are you getting? Is your MySqueezeBox.com (MySB) account validated? Do you see your Touch listed as a player in the MySB web UI? Go to Touch > Settings > Advanced > Diagnostics, what is reported for Ping, ports 3483 & 9000, and MySB registration?
