Yep the touch does suffer random rebuffering. I've seen it happen a few times, it will be playing an mp3 and then stop, display the rebuffering text, then after 20 seconds or so, it will then say buffering failed (or similar) and then immediately start playing again where it left off.
There are no error messages in the logs and it happens randomly sometimes it doesn't happen for days, but sometimes it will be playing and it will happen every hour or so.
