Today I've received a new IR remote from Logitech support and Touch is again working in full power :)
It took only one day from my letter for their response. The rest was confirmation and shipment to my home address. I have to admit that Logitech support is doing a great job and i hope that they will keep on doing it. Thanks to all for your advices :) Z --- On Tue, 5/10/11, Zoran Djordjevic <[email protected]> wrote: From: Zoran Djordjevic <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [SlimDevices: Touch] DURACELL batteries leak!!! They might be sympathetic and send you a new remote, figuring a low-cost item is worth customer goodwill. On the other hand, all batteries have the potential to leak, and it is not the fault of the device vendor if the name-brand battery they supply happens to leak. But it's worth a try. -- aubuti ------------------------------------------------------------------------ aubuti's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2074 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=87616 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch -----Inline Attachment Follows----- _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
