What is the correct way to get a SB Touch to shuffle a Rhapsody playlist? On my SB3, it's a piece of cake with the Shuffle button on the remote, but the Shuffle button on the Touch remote seems to have no effect. The on-screen shuffle icon changes in response to my pressing the Shuffle button, but the playlist remains unchanged in its original order. Am I missing something? Do I have to be at a certain level of the menu in order for the Shuffle button command to have an effect?
