You must initially connect to either MySB.com or SBS 7.5.x on your computer. This is necessary to update your Touch's two year old factory firmware.
To connect to SBS on your computer, can you "swipe" the screen right to left? Or scroll down to other options below the current screen? It's been ages since I tried initial startup of Touch absent a MySB.com login, so I just don't remember how this can be worked around.
