this means you're not likely connected to mysqueezebox.com within your
SbS on the MAC.  First thing I would do is just stop and restart the
SbS on the MAC. Also look in SBS > Settings > mysqueezebox.com tab and
make sure your credentials are there and there is no error message.

If this doesn't work. Turn everything off, including router. Reboot
router, let fully start, reboot Mac, then start SbS.
