this means you're not likely connected to mysqueezebox.com within your SbS on the MAC. First thing I would do is just stop and restart the SbS on the MAC. Also look in SBS > Settings > mysqueezebox.com tab and make sure your credentials are there and there is no error message. If this doesn't work. Turn everything off, including router.
