Verify your MySB.com login info is correct on both SBS server and your
Touch.
If you reset Touch (press & hold power button on back), re-setup
settings, it should say "this player is already registered, do you want
to use this registration", scroll down to NO and it should offer to
enter a new account login ID and password.
