Well if you are a linux hacker you could probably figure out how to do
it with netjack2, this has very low latency on a local LAN and a
version that sits on a PC, it looks like an ASIO driver so you would
need a media player that can talk ASIO. BUT you need a version of jack
for ARM, the jack people don't seem to distribute a precompiled ARM
version, assuming you can do it yourself. I have done it a long time
ago so I know it can be done, but its probably not trivial.
