Does the Squeezebox Touch support Apple lossless (ALAC) natively? I realize that Squeezebox is able to convert ALAC to FLAC on the fly but I am asking about native support in the player. If yes I may favor using ALAC (mainly to ease use on an iPod, without having to make multiple format conversions and keeping track of which was converted to what in a very large music library.
I will be feeding an external DAC from the Squeezebox Touch coaxial output. Thanks.
