If you have not already, I would suggest you search around on the forum regarding power supplies for the Touch. It seems a lot of individuals, with a lot more technical expertise than me, are of the opinion anything beyond the stock power supply is basically a waste of money. I found the arguments compelling enough to not by a new power supply.
