hi guys just reporting that I'm having the same issue with my sbx Radio since a few days, I guess it started after an upgrade. In addition to the name changing to 'nil', I also find it being frozen in some way, can't use presets, some menu items are missing. If that occurs I completely switch it off or try upgrading it again, to the same version. Also renamed it several times, but it will not stay. Just now when I tried to rename it again, it did not save the new name, so not able to rename it all this time.
Does anyone know of any acknowledgement of Logitech concerning this issue?
