Notice that several improvements have been made in scanning and artwork handling that should also lead to improved performance. However I do not know how big an improvement it provides for a Touch. On my x86 server a fullscan became 3-3,5 times faster, but that includes the introduction of SQLite in SBS... Touch have SQLite all along.
