I had been having trouble with adding an album to the end of the current playlist on the Touch. I'd press and hold the album name to get the menu of choices. When I pressed "Add to End" the menu would disappear without adding the album.
I'd about given up and instead used the + key on the IR remote or the web interface (if running from my computer). I finally figured out that a brief tap on "Add to End" is what's needed.
