Thanks, everyone, I successfully logged in the Touch via winSCP, using the guide provided on soundchek's blog. I will try to disable the auto-scan later.
I also get into the Touch by entering the IP in Windows Explorer -- honestly I just repeated the same thing I had done before. I don't know why now it works. I still can't see the Touch in my network place so can't drag files to the hard drives yet. There are three items : logs, media-sda1, "printers and faxes" under the IP.
