More info would help:  Computer?  OS?  SBS version?  Player has latest
firmware as per your SBS version?

If this is happening then something is wrong with your setup.

If using SBS on a PC/Mac go to SBS > Control Panel > Diagnostics, what
is reported for ALL pings, ports, IP's?

SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com, any mention of your MySB login ID as
being "invalid"?

If you install any other App and try to play it does your SBS also
insist on switching to MySB?
