1a.  Touch > Settings > Synchronize > set to No Sync
1b.  Touch > Settings > Choose Player > uncheck the other player

2a.  Verify your SBS on your NAS has your correct MySB login info.   Go
to SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox.com > look for any mention of
"invalid", password will correctly be blank
2b.  When connected to SBS on your NAS to play your local music your
Favorites will correctly list a MySB option, this is normal

When connected to SBS on your NAS and you play a station or App does
the Touch's screen actually say "connecting to MySB.com"?

Also try rebooting your SBS server on your NAS, just stop then restart
SBS.  Often this will cure the issue you describe.
