I haven't tried if they work but the process to install them is:
1. Make sure you have the repository configured in SBS
Settings/Plugins:

2. On your Touch, make sure you have "Patch Installer" installed, if it
isn't installed goto "Settings/Advanced/Applet Installer" and install
it.
3. On your Touch, goto "Settings/Advanced/Patch Installer" and install
the VU meter you like.
However, if you are using 7.6, you need to update the repository file
so it says maxTarget=7.6, else it won't show up on a Touch with 7.6
firmware.
