I'm awaiting a Touch as well, so I can retire one of our Classics as a backup to the others.
My understanding is the Touch PSU draw is the same as a Classic (5v/2a) unless USB is being used. In the latter case the Touch requires its 3a supply. So, I'd go with 10 watts max, excluding USB loads. But in no instance should a touch draw more than 15 watts.
