This problems can go together if it'd *really* connected to the outside not your lan . On your lan 192.168.1.X the server broadcast it presence on port 3483 so the player should just see it . Firewall can sometimes block port 3483 . Go to settings > advanced > diagnostics "Wireless info" or "Ethernet info" depending on how it is connected .
