What have you needed it for up until now? I would recommend that until
you have a definite need for WOL, turn it off. If circumstances change,
then turn it back on.

I _think_ you can keep the Touch (or any SB) from sending the WOL
packet if you connect it to mysqueezebox.com before you put it in
standby ("off"). This should work fine for internet radio, but may be
inconvenient if most of the time you listen to your own music library.
