The first thing to try is to change the stream format for AAC to some other type that both the SB3 and Touch can read, such as flac or PCM. That way the server does the AAC decoding rasther than the Touch. Since the SB3 cannot read AAC directly the server has to be transcoding the AAC for it, so force it to do it for both SB3 and Touch. The stream type is changed via the File Types dialog, I think its under the advanced tab in the server GUI.
