Not unless you are willing to patch the lua firmware code. Would
probably be possible through patching, the skins are found in:
/usr/share/jive/applets/WQVGAlargeSkin/WQVGAlargeSkinApplet.lua
/usr/share/jive/applets/WQVGAsmallSkin/WQVGAsmallSkinApplet.lua
There are a number of lines starting with:
local TEXT_COLOR =
I'm guessing those are a good place to start.
