Before answering whether or not there is a way to set the time, let me ask is your Touch connected to a local server running LMS? If so, it should check there for the time, so what does that computer say? Similarly, if the Touch is connected to mysb.com, it should get the time from there. If you are running the Touch's built-in server, then I would expect that the Touch's embedded Linux system would update the time accordingly.
