They take time from the server they are connected to ? I don't know how often they poll the server I've seen numbers around once per hour or some such .
So have it connected to your Qnap and wait it usually connects when you choose "my music" . Log in to mysqueezebox.com and set the right time zone there, so that difference is not that big .
