It could also be a workgroup name issue. In order for the Disk sharing to work properly the windows machine needs to have workgroup name of WORKGROUP. This is usually not a problem since windows defaults to this name. If you want to use a different workgroup name you will have to SSH into the Touch and change the workgroup name in the samba confguration file.
