What version of the server? There used to be quite a few unexplained differences between the browse lists presented in the web interface, the ip3k remote interface (SB1/2/3, Transporter and Boom) and in SqueezePlay (Touch, Radio and Controller). Those differences should be gone as of the 'one browser' work done in 7.6, which was a conscious effort to consolidate the code and make things consistent in all interfaces.
