Thanks a lot! The app works like a charm, and without the need to remove TT3.0, too (so it seems). Now happily streaming 176 and 192 via coaxial into my Esoteric K-03. Have not tried USB yet, since I often have to switch the Esoteric back into CD player mode and from what I read here, the SBT will no longer see the Esoteric when I switch it back into DAC mode, right?
