With your app installed, there is nothing on the I2S lines unless
analog+digital outputs are active. Then the I2S signals appear to be
limited to 96K. I have several 192K files that play normally, but at
96K. 44.1K, 48K and 88.2K files all play fine, at the correct rate (I
don't have any 176K files).

I know there aren't many of us using the I2S lines, but we would be very
grateful if high-speed signals could appear there. Still this is a very
impressive app for those using USB and SPDIF.
