Hi! Unfortunately I cannot help you, but I can confirm quite similar problem here. It is quite annoying. It occurs if eg I'm using the Touch with my NAS (running the server on it), and then I switch off the NAS and also the Touch, and during the next usage I am using it with the mysqueezebox.com (NAS kept switched off). It seems that this somehow confuses the player. The symptom is the same as for you: it looks like the Touch is playing the stream from a given radio station, but no sound is present.
