Some basics , do you use dhcp ? What is the ip of the server what is the ip of the Touch .
What is subnetmask , and DNS etc . The "vortexbox" is a ready made one or did you load a machine yourself ? Does it suport WOL (wake on Lan ) does it go to sleep mode ? Verizon fios is a good search terms on this forum people had problems with that one before ?
