The Touch can only be connected to either the wired or wireless network,
not both. So if you connect it to a NAS over wired ethernet, the
wireless won't be usable. But the underlying OS of the Touch is just
Linux, so if you knew enough about Linux networking you could probably
hack something together to make them both work at the same time. There
are no physical limitations that keep it from working.

What you might do is use a laptop instead of a NAS. Run LMS on the
Laptop, connect the laptop wirelessly to your company network. Configure
the laptop to route the wired connection to the wireless network and set
up a software firewall to keep the laptop from sharing LMS on the
wireless side.
