Hi all, My first message here, so hope I'm doing everything right!
Disaster struck after an unsuccessful attempt to add a second hard disk drive to my QNAP server (I just couldn't get RAID1 backup to work). Now all folders appear as "empty" in both SB Touch and Logitech Server, and I can't access the QNAP from Windows either. It does appear as part of the network, but I can't access any of the mapped drives any more. The good news is that SBT can still access the QNAP server - since it can see the folders (but not the files for some reason). Also, all the files are accessible via QNAP's web interface and can be downloaded onto my laptop's hard drive. I suspect something's gone wrong with the QNAP's access rights, but I've checked those and can't see anything obvious that I need to tweak. Is it worth having a look at Microsoft networking settings in the QNAP web interface? I wouldn't know what to check there, though. Or perhaps, make sure that CHMOD settings are all set to 666? Any pointers would be appreciated. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ TrainDriver's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=56501 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=95568 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
