In order for a windows machine to "see" the SMB share on the Touch it
has to have the same workgroup name. The Touch uses WORKGROUP (which was
the default for older windows versions). Windows7 is primarily using
Homegroup which is something different. To easily see the share on the
Touch you have to set the workgroup name on your Win7 machine to
WORKGROUP. 

This is what I found on the net to change that.

Control Panel --- System and Security --- System

Click 'Advanced system settings'

Click 'Computer Name' tab

Click 'Change'

Type desired workgroup name

Click OK

Reboot
