It is not possible to organize your Favorites stored on mysqueezebox.com. It is possible to organize Favorites on LMS, but it's subtle and a bit clunky.
In the LMS web interface, go to Favorites and hover over the Favorites line. You should see an icon for a pencil. A rather short, fat pencil. Click on that to get into edit mode. From there you can edit your favorites, create folders, put them in folders via drag-and-drop, and re-order them in folders via drag-and-drop. They will then display in this folder hierarchy when you access LMS Favorites by any of the interfaces. I only find Favorites useful for internet radio, but it isn't limited to internet radio by any means. Some people put tracks or albums from their FLAC libraries in Favorites.
