Nicecast will do the job and will broadcast for one hour at a time before overlaying noise....the paid version is pricey at $59. Supposedly the latest version of VLC will stream too but I have not managed to get it working in OS X....FWIW did get VLC streaming to work with Linux and Windows with the help of posts here by Pastim
