If you are running LMS on Windows I believe there is an option in LMS
"Control Panel" thingy to clear the cache. I don't know much about that
since I don't run LMS on Windows. For other OSs you could just delete
the cache folder. The location of the cache folder is shown in the LMS
web interface under Settings > Information > [scroll down to the
bottom].  Stop LMS, delete that folder, and restart LMS. It will rebuild
everything.
