When I have had problems connecting I have 1st disabled Norton Internet Security from the Advanced page for 30 minutes. Then turn off router, modem, and PC. Restart in that order. Then start LMS. After you have LMS running you should be able to reapply your Norton settings. My point being you should be able to run LMS wo removing your Norton program.
