If broken it would normally be chucked (recycled). modern low price CE
is not worth the effort to repair .
I suppose that on warranty Logitech could send it back to china and
split the case and replace either the screen or the circuit-board and
sell it as refurbished ,but wonder if even that is worthwhile maybe
recycling is most economical.
The BOM (Bill of manufacturing) for stuff like this is very low not many
% of the retail price .

But now that Touch is going to be rare , if one can't get a new used one
,what gives then .

Maybe a skilled hobbyist can repair anyway , done commercially it would
most likely cost more than the new price how many hours of a
professionals time would 250$ give you ?
And how much time to source parts ?

Maybe we need a link collection on this forum for screen and powersuply
and other loose parts that can be sourced .

Btw powersuplies are avaible from third parties already so that is not
an issue
