Thanks for the static IP address suggestion, because it appears to have
fixed the problem. I just did it on the PC running LMS, not the Touch
itself. Now I just get one server appearing on the SqueezeCommander list
rather than a bunch of them with different IP addresses, and the phone
connects with the Touch every time.

Also worth noting that it wasn't a SqueezeCommander issue, as I also
tried the official Logitech app and experienced the same problem.
