Depends on what your server runs on and how software support for WMA is
on that one.

iPeng, SqueezePad and SqueezePlayer all support FLAC natively, at least
iPeng and SqueezePad do NOT support WMA. WMA on iOS is not feasible
unless you either want to violate licenses and risk to be banned from
the store or pay north of 20k$ per year to Microsoft.

I'm not 100% sure about SqueezePlayer, Google doesn't demand exclusivity
for their store so theoretically you could allow binary re-distribution
which would open the door for GPL'ed libraries.

So WMA would have to be transcoded on the server side which works on
Windows machines and I believe also on Linux (don't remember whether you
need a plugin) but I'm not sure about OSX.
If your WMA files are DRM'ed they won't run on any Squeezebox related
systerm, including the Squeezeboxes themselves.

My suggestion would simply be: don't use WMA, it's a whole license mess,
almost as bad as mp3 but mp3 is at least supported on all major
platforms.
