Sync is simultaneous playback of the same file with the audio synced within a very tight time frame ( minimise echo between rooms that leak sound to each other ) unsynced players plays at whatever rate they natively support , but synced players obviously uses the same stream and then it need to be to a rate all in the synced group can play . And yes SB3 will have the server downsampling to 24/48 with SOX ( a very high quality resampler fidelity is not compromised ) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=94512 _______________________________________________ Touch mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/touch
